winded
Authored by: gg the first time i had the wind knocked out, was at school. i was about 12. I was playing fighting, but not for real!! and my freind a very clumsy lad threw a punch, that caught me hard and square in the solar plexus. I felt every bit of wind leave my lungs in a loud 'ooofff! it made a sound like a drum as the fist sank into me. I gapped mouth open, trying for breath that would not come! i was badly winded for a good two minutes!!! i doubled up unable to stand upright. never forgotten it!! No comments have been posted.
